Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Check your address carefully before placing an order. Shipping time is separate from order preparation time; any stated delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.
Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Products may arrive in separate shipments. If your tracking appears delayed or your package is missing, contact hello@simplykeen.shop with your order number so we can investigate.

Received a damaged, incorrect or defective item? Email hello@simplykeen.shop promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible. Please report these issues within 30 days of delivery so we can work with our fulfillment partner to resolve them. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
For a missing delivery, contact us promptly and within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please do not send products back without contacting us for instructions. Our business mailing address is not an automatic return destination.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened personal-care products. Contact us before returning an unopened product so we can confirm eligibility and any return shipping costs. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once preparation or fulfillment has begun, a change or cancellation may not be possible. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; your bank’s processing time may vary.
Where available, subscription options appear on the product page. The price, any saving and delivery frequency are shown before you add a subscription to your bag and again at checkout. A subscription authorizes recurring charges for future orders at the selected frequency until canceled. Taxes and shipping may apply.
Use the subscription-management link provided with your order to manage future deliveries, or contact hello@simplykeen.shop for help. Cancel before your next scheduled charge to stop future orders; canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order already processed. Product use and delivery frequency should follow the label directions and your individual needs.
